Summer 2010 highlights so far. . .

We have had a great summer. We have tried to do a lot of different things and go places that we haven't seen before. We are so glad that the weather is finally nice here and we are having SUNSHINE!!!

Here are the highlights:

1- Madilynn started Nursery on Father's Day. What a great present for Trever. I can't believe how big she is getting. She loves to do anything that Rigdon does. She is picking up on things so fast.
2- Trever's Birthday at Triple XXX and Serious Pie with the kids. He got a free t-shirt and enough ice cream to last him until next year. Lots of fun, especially the funny glasses he got to wear.
3- Went to Kid's Day with the Yetter family. We had lots of fun despite the big crowd. The kids played mini golf, wehtn through bounce houses, and made a bunch of crafts.

4- Rigdon and Trever had a fun night out at the Mariner's Game. You would have thought that this kid had died and gone to heaven. HE IS IN LOVE With BASEBALL. We found this cute baseball shirt on sale for him, and he could wear it everyday if we let him.
5- Trever and I got to eat at the famous "Volterra". Rachel Ray ate there and rated it one of the top places to eat in Seattle. We followed dinner with "Eclipse" on IMAX. We had a blast with the Yetter's, and the Banks. Fun themed night planned by the men.
6- Rose gardens at Point Defiance. They were gorgeous. I told Rigdon that Heaven would smell like that, his reply was, "Really, Wow mom!"
7- Sprayground! Rigdon's favorite place. He begged me to go here for weeks. But unfortunately the weather wouldn't cooperate. So glad the sun came out so Rigdon could get his summer wish.
8-Eating Otter Pops. It wouldn't be summer with out a box of 200 otter pops right? It has been fun watching Madi master the art of eating an otter pop. She is getting there.
