Rigdon absolutely is in Love with Diego. He could watch that show 24/7 if I would let him. Luckily we do not have cable and the library usually doesn't have one in stock. So we only watch it every now and then. Rigdon has lately been thinking that he is Diego on a rescue mission. The other day Madilynn was in the living room and started to cry. Meanwhile, Diego, I mean Rigdon and I were in our bedroom. He let out a big "Uh-oh, Madi in trubble!" Then as he is running down the hall he raised up his arm and yells, "A divate!"
If you are not familiar with Diego then you will not find this very funny. But if you have seen this show you will know that this is what Diego says when he needs help from his "rescue pack" I was cracking up the whole day and I am still laughing whenever I think about it. What a kid!!!
He is so much fun to have around even when he is pestering his little sister. Tonight while I was making dinner, he was of course bothering Madilynn. He was right in her face. When I went over to inspect she started giggling. Her first laugh. Rigdon you are the favorite! Congratulations. We always knew that Madi would like you best. I was actually shocked that she wasn't crying or letting out a scream because you were bothering her!
That is so funny. Rigdon is so cute. And why wouldn't Madi love her older brother.

ReplyDeleteI love it! Will (my oldest) loves Diego also. It's so funny. My little girls likes Dora, so they play both of them together. So silly. Love kids imaginations!
